Dr. Waters is a true native of the North Georgia area. She graduated valedictorian from Lumpkin County High School and Magna Cum Laude from North Georgia College. At North Georgia she was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and named the Who's Who among students in American Universities and Colleges. Dr. Waters achieved her medical degree from Mercer School of Medicine and completed a residency in the Greenville Hospital System of Greenville, South Carolina. Dr. Waters is board certified through the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Waters and her husband, Tod Keys, enjoy camping, boating, and visiting their daughter Katherine at Disney World. Dr. Waters tries to maintain a healthy lifestyle including exercise and a healthy diet. For relaxation, she enjoys acrylic painting and playing the piano. Dr. Waters is blessed to have been in practice for over 20 years and has been privileged to care for many "grand patients."
